Welcome to our Beach Chalets!

Available for hire for a day, week or even longer, our chalets are perfect for a fantastic time on the beach with all the family. (Including your four-legged friends on selected beaches!) Each chalet comes with deckchairs, Patio chairs, electricity, and access to a water tap. Many also have use of a great outdoor area too, where you can top up your tan, enjoy a BBQ, read a book or while away the afternoon people watching. Or perhaps you would rather just make one a base for all your beach paraphernalia while you enjoy some of the many local attractions.

To ensure your booking experience is as smooth as possible, please see below a list of which start days are available for each of our chalets. The chalets will only be available to start on a corresponding day, for example you won't be able to book a chalet that is allocated to Friday check in to begin on a Saturday.

A £50 non-refundable deposit per week, will be needed at time of booking, with the option of a monthly payment plan or full payment 60 days before arrival for ALL bookings.

**All 2026/2027 offers can only be used on NEW bookings and only one promotional code can be used per booking.

Daily lets will run from 15th May 2026 to 3rd September 2026 and are 3 days max.

Winter, Mid-Season and Spring Hire 2026/27:

Friday starts 25th September 2026 (1pm) - 11th March 2027 (11pm),
Saturday starts 26th September 2026 (1pm) - 12th March 2027 (11pm),
Monday starts 28th September 2026 (1pm) - 14th March 2027 (11pm)

Winter - please enter 168 days into the Duration, WINTER into the discount code, with a start date of either 25th, 26th or 28th September 2026. We will require a £100 non-refundable deposit.

Spring Hire runs from:
Friday starts 19th March 2027 (1pm) - 13th May 2027 (11pm),
Saturday starts 20th March 2027 (1pm) - 14th May 2027 (11pm),
Monday starts 22nd March 2027 (1pm)- 16th May 2027 (11pm)

Spring - Please enter 56 days into the Duration, SPRINGNEW into the discount code, with a start date of either 19th, 20th or 22nd March 2027. We will require a £100 non-refundable deposit.

Winter/Spring* runs from:
Friday starts 25th September 2026 (1pm) - 06th May 2027 (11pm),
Saturday starts 26th September 2026 (1pm) - 07th May 2027 (11pm),
Monday starts 28th September 2026 (1pm)- 9th May 2027 (11pm)

Winter/Spring - please enter 224 days into the Duration, WINTEREXT into the discount code, with a start date of either 25th, 26th or 28th September 2026.
We will require a £200 non-refundable deposit.

Mid- Season runs from:
Friday starts 14th May 2027 (1pm) – 24th June 2027 (11pm)

Monday starts 17th May 2027 (1pm) – 27th June 2027 (11pm)

Mid Season - please enter 42 days into the Duration, 42DAY into the discount code, with a start date of either 14th, 15th or 17th May 2027.
We will require a £100 non-refundable deposit.

Winter/Spring/Mid-Season* runs from:

Winter/Spring/Mid-season - please enter 266 days into the duration, WINTERMID into the discount code, with a start date of either 26th, 27th or 29th September 2026.
We will require a £300 non-refundable deposit.

Summer 2027: Daily lets will run from 14th May 2027 to 8th September 2027 and are 3 days max. This must be paid in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

**General Information**

South Cliff Chalet Key Collection! – If you are staying in our South Cliff chalets- you can now pre-book* a South Cliff Key Collection and collect your keys from our staff member at the Park and Ride hut between 1pm & 2pm for your weekly hire (*Charges apply and only valid for weekly arrival dates between June - August).

Parking passes for South Cliff and Belvedere Weekly Chalets will run from beginning of April to end of October. (These must be prebooked in advance of booking date to secure your car pass as they are limited to 2 passes per chalet per week)

New Monthly Payment Option* - pay your balance in monthly instalments (final balance must be clear 60days before arrival).

*What this will do is divide the remaining balance (minus £50 non-refundable deposit) by the number of months until arrival. This will then trigger the automated balance reminder emails, containing the link for yourself to make the payment online. When you make the payment, the due date will be updated again to the next instalment date. This process will repeat until the final balance is cleared. Please note that payments are not automatically taken. It is YOUR responsibility to make payment.

Key Collection & Key Return:

Arrival and Departure days for weekly hires are as follows:
Monday 1pm to Sunday 11pm
Friday 1pm to Thursday 11pm
Saturday 1pm to Friday 11pm

Daily hires are from 10am to 11pm the same day

All Bridlington South Beach keys (Princess Mary Promenade, Seabirds, Belvedere and South Cliff Chalets & Pods) are collected from our Coastal services South Office – YO15 3LG, W3W location: ///Stolen.Desire.Income and returned by 11pm on last day of hire to our NEW designated drop boxes (if out of office hours).

All Bridlington North Beach Keys are collected from our North Office (May-September only) – YO15 2LX, W3W Location: ///Stay.Acid.Thinks and returned by 11pm on last day of hire to our NEW designated drop boxes (if out of office hours).

All Hornsea Chalet keys are collected from Chalet number 2 in Hornsea (HU18 1NJ), W3W Location: ///Meanwhile.Tries.Windows and returned by 11pm on last day of hire to Hornsea Coast watch letter box (if out of office hours).

*The South Cliff Chalets and Pods are situated on our events beach and may have sporting events taking place. Please check the sporting calendar for dates: 2026 Sporting Calendar (2026 events TBC) and Active Coast (eastridingcoastandcountryside.co.uk) (These dates can be subject to change)
Between April and July, South Cliff chalet area may be busier than normal as this is an events beach that hosts non-participation events (such as league football and volleyball). ERYC do not issue refunds to chalet users who are inconvenienced by these scheduled events.

All chalets must be vacated by 11pm. No overnight stays are allowed.

Camping is not allowed on the beach overnight or in the car parks. For nightly stays, why not book a stay at South Cliff Holiday Park?
